Simple Tips to Control Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Have you ever experienced stomach pain, or that you feel bowel movement whenever you have to go for court hearing, meet someone of a higher ranking, or when you have to go to work? Then, you may be experiencing what we call “Irritable Bowel Syndrome” or IBS.
Do you know the reason that causes irritable bowel syndrome? Even blood test and gastrointestinal endoscopy fail to detect any symptoms of this condition. You might end up without any trace of problems in your stomach and intestines. What's wrong with it, then?
In this modern world, irritable bowel syndrome is more likely attributed to stressful life. IBS is a syndrome, meaning that it is a group of symptoms, and not a disease. It is a functional disorder, meaning that the bowel does not work correctly.
The illustrations above show some irregular shapes of the intestines.
What causes the intestines to move like snake and create cramping or pain?
Our brain controls all functions of the body with trillions of nerve cells (neuron). But, can you believe that there is another billion nerve cells that work like your brain in your intestines independently? We call this our second brain.
This second brain works when foods are mixed and digested in the stomach. However, this second brain is very sensitive to stress. Stress can confuse the second brain, making the intestinal muscles work abnormally. This condition is the main cause of irritable bowel syndrome.
How doctors diagnose Irritable Bowel Syndrome?
The usual test uses X-rays to diagnose the large intestine. This medical procedure is called “barium enema”. Before an X-ray is taken, a barium salt suspension is introduced into the rectum and colon. Barium is a thick liquid that makes your intestines show up better on the X-ray.
How is IBS treated?
No medical cure exists but only temporary relief by some doctors. Even diet changes will not help you at all.
Well, what do I recommend?
The PYRO-ENERGEN has some difficulties to help irritable bowel syndrome. It is because IBS is a stress-oriented symptom, thus what you have to do is remove that stress. How? Just take a week of vacation, rest, sleep, and rest. Believe it or not, your IBS problem will be gone in three days.
In today's modern world, many office workers are considered to be more stressful than our ancestors. Irritable bowel syndrome was not recorded in our old medical books!
