Don't Eat Too Much! It Will Harm You
Everyone of us knew that overeating is bad to your health. But whenever you see delicious food before your eyes, you can't stop eating, don't you?
As you know, too much eating will cause "hyperlipemia" (high blood fat) and "hyperglycemia" (high blood glucose). It's also one of the determining factors of cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction. Some doctors think that hyperglycemia lead to diabetes, but in my research, I believe it has little relation in any way.
It is ascertaining that it can also cause cancer based on the various animal and clinical experiments. But keep in mind that illnesses caused by overeating are just some of the possible causes for the various illnesses we know.
Eating too much will result in improper digestion and combustion of the food and won't be able to distribute the right nutrition needed by the body. Lactic acids and various deleterious metabolites will be increased and of course, the blood will be polluted and become sticky. Harmful materials such as ammonia and other unwanted deleterious materials will also form in the intestines, and cause constipation.
Blood circulates throughout the body in 60–90 seconds. During this cycle in about 60 seconds, dirty and sticky blood will clog in some parts of the blood vessels. You can imagine what waits for the body to occur.
Of course, overeating is not only the cause of diseases. It is only a fraction of the entire causes of diseases.
Did you know that there are people who eat a lot, yet remain thin? And there are people who eat a little, yet remain fat? There are two reasons for that. One cause is that they suffer from a certain kind of sickness or a defective digestive system. Second is due to unbalanced enzyme or lack of enzyme in the body. It doesn't mean that any kinds of enzyme will work. One enzyme may work for you but not for others. It's hard to find which enzymes are good. Try to eat several kinds of raw fish especially tuna and sardines, and raw vegetables (salad) which contains rich enzymes. Especially fermented foods are rich in enzymes.
